BegWinning!!

Hi everyone,
I have to admit that I'm very excited and pretty new at this so bare with me. I will be sharing basic funny topics and comments on health topics with you. So, here we go! First, why laugh?

#1 Rule of Health

OK, so the VERY VERY basic rule of living healthy is not going to the gym or drinking gabazillion gallons of water a day or eating salad at your lunch break everyday. Remember that mind is your strongest organ in your body and everything is basicly controlled by this fantastic creation! Yea, you guessed it! The key, the basic #1 rule, to a healthy life and a fantastic looking you (even at 70) is Happiness!

Ofcourse we all know that life is tough and we all have our ups and downs. We all shed tears, stress, and express anger but, the key is to minimize stress in our lives!

Stress is the worst disease!

We need to start treating stress as if it were this terrible disease and the best thing to this disease is that it has a cure: YOU are the cure! Yes, working out, drinking water, eating that brownie which had been staring at you for the past 15 minutes on the counter (oops!) can make you happy but you need to rely on yourself for your happiness, not the staring brownie!

When you find yourself stressing out take a moment to take a deep breath and chase away all of the negativity in your mind. They are cancer! Get rid of them! Say "Good will come out of good and bad will come out of bad." Carry on with a positive mind state and eventually everthing will be OK. Keep a positive state of mind, make laughing a habbit, meditate, and feel you soul with Music :o) By being calm, happy, content, positive you will boost your metabolism and help fight off all the bad guys (germs) out of your precious system! Result: Feel Good, Look Good!
