Yup! I'm going to be talking about the #1 rule to weight loss.
Most of the time on websites you see these rules to weight loss and simple tips. You click on the links and read on but can never really get a straight answer or end up with a fat loss product on sale. I've been there and yes it's frustrating. Without any knowledge on how to lose weight, I would usually starve myself. Skipping meals, eating less, and trying to survive on vitamin pills with one to two meals a day. I'd lose weight for the first 2 weeks about 4 lbs but then I'd completely stop losing weight. I never understood that.
Well one day I decided to actually learn the fat loss process. I thought if I knew how fat loss works, then maybe I would be more successful at weight loss because then I would know what to do or what is going on with my body. After plenty of research, reading articles, speaking to trainers and models, I've learned the best way to keep fit and healthy.
Here it is! The #1 so called "secret" rule to weight loss is Plain Water. Yes, you heard it right! Plain water. You see, in order for your body to break down the fat AND burn off the broken-down-fat it needs water. It's all in the chemical process of fat burn. If your body is low on water, it will use the available water for other necessary (survival) functions, NOT fat loss. So no matter what you do, you will not lose that fat off unless you go and get hydrated.

Trust me it works on athletes, models, celebrities, and it worked on me! It will on you too. If you too busy or are just not in the habit of drinking enough water, I suggest you get a 1 to 2 liter bottle of water and set a goal to yourself to finish that bottle everyday. As you get used to drinking more water, you'll feel and look better ;)
