Stripper Turned Model/Celebrities?

It seems like strippers are our future celebrities nowadays. Many famous men have been dating and marrying strippers, well now that they're dating these men they are "former-strippers". I wonder why the divorce rates are so high these days. I mean I hear so many men dissing women who club on a regular or have slept with too many men or have sex on the first date. They cry and complain that they can't find a true woman blah blah blah...next thing you know they marry a stripper!! LOL! I guess this reflects men psychology aka make no effin sense!

But hey, if you're already "happily married" we wish you the best and hope you'll marriage will last instead of a divorce with 2-3 kids at hand. I mean they are good looking women and all of course but don't be complaining about gold diggers, being cheated on, or people breaking down your ego talking about your wife's pussy.

I have nothing against these women, don't get me wrong nor am I judging them. I just think its going to start giving the wrong message to little girls and teenagers, that being a stripper is perfectly fine and hey! you have a great chance of ending up as a celebrity/model/some rich and famous guys wife! Girls, stay in school! Your role model should be Michelle Obama, not Draya Michele!

X-MEN Hair Style

OK so what's the deal with this new "Rogue Hair Style" these days? Like I see so many women at work everyday, young to old!, with the weirdest bleach streaks in their hair thinking that they look cute. I see people with black hair and white streaks, blonde hair with pink/blue/purple/green streaks, red hair with almost blue streaks (WTF), etc.

Umm if you were actually Rogue from X-Men or Rihanna you'd look cute but I suggest you grab a tube or two of brown natural hair dye and lock yourself up in the bathroom for a couple of hours...and don't forget your gloves!

The problem is that most of the time its unprofessionally done (at home) and we can tell that you did it yourself, and it looks extremely unnatural and unpleasing to the eye. If you love purple so much maybe you can try some purple nail polish?or lipstick?or maybe eye shadow? I think you would look much much better and would be stylish and not weird. Another problem with this streak fashion is that usually the colors people choose are too contrasty.. Streaks in hair are more pleasing to the eye when they blend in with the rest of the hair, not when its screaming out! Please think thoroughly before bleaching (frying) your precious hair and ruining your image at home. Get it professionally done or try different hair styles that are more natural Geez! I don't know who started this weirdo punk SLASH rave SLASH rock SLASH ghetto fashion...was it Nicki Minaj? or Rihanna? or Keri Hilson or simply The X-Men Rogue herself!  

 Looks like ole girl bleached her hair to death and now this is how much rat hair she has left...it's NOT worth it girl!

Racism!

My friends 4 year old son answered "Black" when someone asked him "What are you?". I asked him where he had learned that and he told me it was his mother who taught him that. Then I asked him " What am I?", he said "Green!".

Children do not know "race". Lets not dirty our kids minds with racism and discrimination. Obviously a 4 year old boy should not be concerned about what his family background is. Nor should they be taught to categorize people based on their background. We are Americans... or whichever nationality you are. Educate yourself before giving birth to an angel minded kid!

Chicken & Waffles

I'm sure some of you have heard of the famous Roscoe's chicken and waffles in L.A. Well me, living in L.A. for 4 years and NEVER ate Roscoe's, I have to admit I felt like kinda ashamed lol. I had been hearing about how good this restaurant is and all but never got a chance to eat there all these years. I've also heard so many famous people stop at this spot to get their grub on and then praise its' food.

Sooooo, I don't have patience to sit and wait for some guy to come and take me to Roscoe's nor will I ask a guy to take me out like that: I decided to take my roommate there! lol Surprisingly she hadn't been to Roscoe's either and she was raised in Los Angeles (smh). Well took advantage of the opportunity and drove straight to Hollywood to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffle. I had no idea what I was in for while ordering the food (basically chicken, waffles, yams, greens, and cornbread). My roommate and I were expecting an average portion of food or maybe even small. Man... our server brought us 4 GIGANTIC plates with huge portions of food! Oh yeah! :o) The Yams were Delicious! and the waffles had a unique flavor to it which I had never tasted before...YUMM!!!
Bottom line, chicken and waffles with cornbread hit the spot!

If you ever get a chance to visit Los Angeles or have lived here but haven't got a chance or heard of Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles, give it a try! You will leave the restaurant with a happy face just like I did ;). (by the way, I feel like they need to add more windows to the restaurant lol)

Big Boi from Outkast is back with a new album called Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty, scheduled to be released on July 6. Trey Songz - Yo side

Trey Songz recently released his new music video featuring "beautiful" Keri Hilson to his song "Yo Side". After seeing all of those SEX music videos of Trey, this video was a shocker to me. I'm happy to say that he is definitely improving as an artist. This video was dedicated to our soldiers fighting for us overseas. Very deep and emotional video. Deffinitely a must see.
